Long Beach, CA – Dr. Philippe John Sipacio, an esteemed multilingual learner educator who teaches at East Robeson Primary and Long Branch Elementary schools, proudly represented the Public Schools of Robeson County (PSRC) as a session speaker at the TESOL 2025 International Convention and Expo, held from March 18-21 at the Long Beach Convention Center.
