Hello and Welcome to Shining Stars School's website. We have two locations to serve you. One which is located at 430 Caton Rd. Lumberton, NC (next to the Planetarium) and the other is located at 818 West Third St. Pembroke, NC. We are a network of services provided by the Exceptional Children's Program of the Public Schools of Robeson County. We serve three and four- year-old children as well as those five-year-old children ineligible for Kindergarten and who are identified as exhibiting special needs in cognitive, social-emotional, speech language or adaptive behavior development.
