7th grade students are reminded they are required to receive a tdap and meningococcal vaccination by Sept. 21, 2021. In order to get a device you must have a completed Internet Agreement Form, previous device fees must be paid in full and checkout forms need to be completed by a legal parent or guardian on file in PowerSchool. This goes for both male and female students grades 6-8 with intentions of participating in Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, Baseball, Football, and cheer.
