Spring Fling will be on Thursday, April 6th. We are in the process of ordering shirts for the event. The cost of shirts will be $10.00. To make ordering as smooth as possibly, please complete this form and return with the money by Thursday, March 2. Each student will need a form completed and given to his or her individual teacher.
If you have more than one child and you would like to order additional shirts for other family members, please place the order on one child's form only. Money must be included with the orders. We cannot accept orders after Thursday, MArch 2.
