LUMBERTON — The Summer Feeding Program for the Public Schools of Robeson County kicks off on Monday, June 12, 2023.
Services provide children aged 1-18 with a meal this summer. Adults can pay for meals at an a la carte rate. The program will end on Aug. 11.
The Summer Feeding Program will take place Mondays through Fridays through July 7. After July 7, the program will run on Mondays through Thursdays during the remainder of the month. Feeding services will be paused July 3-4 as PSRC observes the Independence Day holiday.
In August, services will take place on Mondays through Fridays until the final feeding program date of Aug. 11.
Breakfast will be served from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at schools designated as feeding sites.
