Instructions for filling out the PSRC Student Registration Form:

 

• You must select the following core courses:
  • 1 English
    • Rising 10th grade- English II
    • Rising 11th grade- English III
    • Rising 12th grade -English IV
  • 1 Mathematics
    • Rising 10th grade- Math II
    • Rising 11th grade- Math III
    • Rising 12th grade- Math IV
  • 1 Science
    • Rising 10th grade- Physical Science
    • Rising 11th grade- Biology (and Chemistry if you want to take a higher-level science course for NC Scholars)
    • Rising 12th grade- Chemistry (if not taken in 11th grade)
  • 1 History
    • Rising 10th grade- American History: Founding Principles (C&E)
    • Rising 11th grade- American History I
    • Rising 12th grade- American History II
• You must select 4 electives for the options listed below and on the back of the registration form.
• Some things to remember:
  • If you plan to attend a 4-year institution, you must have 2 foreign languages
  • You have to take courses in order. For example, you must take Foods I before you can take Foods II
  • If you see the word “prerequisite” beside a CTE elective, it is required to be taken first before the level I course.
  • If you plan to take Career Center courses, you must take the “Core and Sustainable Construction” course first before taking any of the courses listed below (Carpentry I to Plumbing II).
  • If you would like to take CCP courses through RCC, you need only to write “yes” and provide 2 working numbers in the Additional Courses section on the front of the registration form

 

 

*Registration forms are due Friday, March 18, 2022 during homeroom. You and your parents must sign the form.
