The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction is collecting feedback from parents and guardians to help inform the development of NC Check-Ins 2.0 Individual Student Reports (ISRs). NC Check-Ins 2.0 provides student-specific information for teachers to use for instructional purposes. NC Check-Ins are not used for grades or for Accountability purposes.
The survey will take approximately 3–5 minutes to complete. Individual responses will be kept strictly confidential and will not be provided to any other person or group outside of the NCDPI. Participation is voluntary, and parents and guardians may withdraw from this survey at any time by closing the browser window.
