Dear Parent or Guardian: If you have a child enrolled in kindergarten, 7th, or 12th grade they are required to meet North Carolina immunization requirements by September 21st.  Please review the attached flyers. Submit all copies of child's immunizations and kindergarten health assessments to the School Nurse. Please contact your health care provider or local health department to schedule an appointment.
