PSRC Kindergarten Registration
Welcome to the Public Schools of Robeson County. The following information will guide you through enrolling your child as a new kindergarten student in our school district. We look forward to working with you and your child throughout their education.
Kindergarten/ Is Your Child Ready?
Age is generally the only criterion for children entering kindergarten. Students must be five years old on or before August 31. Although there is no other requirement for entering kindergarten, here are some common expectations for new students, according to the N.C. Department of Public Instruction. Parents or guardians need to choose the school that serves their address to register their children. Need to confirm your child’s school? Call PSRC Transportation (910)739-4743.
