From November 12 – February 14, 2025, high school students will compete to become the PSRC Apex ACT Tutorials Champion!

  • Each school's top performer in ACT Math, ACT Reading, and ACT English will be awarded a ‘swag bag’ and gift card. 

  • The school with the highest percentage of gains will be recognized and awarded the ACT Tutorials Trophy.  Also selected teachers will be presented a basket of gifts and prizes.  

How to be a Top Student Performer!

  1. Any junior not already enrolled in a Math 3 ACT Prep or English III ACT Prep Tutorial will need to enroll in ACT Math, ACT Reading, and ACT English Tutorials. 


 2.   The minimum requirements to win:

  • Must begin before January 1, 2025

  • 15 hours per student per course

  • 50 points gained per student 

  • 4 units completed per student

      Teacher Tips for Success

  • Ensure students understand the contest and how to access the Tutorial content.   

  • Encourage students to work through the ACT Tutorial modules during approved times (assigned class period, in core/elective class, if allowed by the teacher, during lunch, after school, etc.)  

  • Encourage students to track their progress by reviewing the Dashboard area in their student interface. 

  • Track student/school performance from Dashboard Menu > Tutorial Overview.
